Prior to founding FPH with Mr. Parker, Mr. Finlay co-managed a series of private equity funds for MidMark Capital starting in 1997. During this time he sat of the boards of directors of nine companies in a variety of industries and led numerous acquisitions, refinancings and company sales. Prior to MidMark, Mr. Finlay spent time with several boutique investment banks in New York and Connecticut, and worked briefly in the financial press for a division of Thomson Reuters.
Mr. Finlay has developed a particular expertise orchestrating the spinout of orphan divisions of large industrial companies. In addition, Mr. Finlay possesses unique international experience, having completed transactions in China, Korea, France, Brazil and numerous other countries.
In addition to his activities at FPH, Mr. Finlay is also a director of a marketer of women's hygiene products. Since 2005 he has been affiliated with the Mayo Performing Arts Center, where he has variously been Trustee, Treasurer, Co-Chair of two capital campaigns which raised in excess of $10 million, and a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Finlay is a founding member and sits on the board of the Association for Corporate Growth's New Jersey chapter, and was previously a member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Tax Council.
Mr. Finlay is currently the Chairman of AVO Carbon Inc. and a member of the Boards of Directors of Healthcare for Kids, Inc. and AccuTec, Inc.
Mr. Finlay graduated from Yale University (1990) with a B.A. in Philosophy and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School (1995). He resides in Far Hills, NJ with his wife Teresa and three children. Mr. Finlay's favorite pasttimes include sailing, skiing and cycling.

Prior to founding FPH with Mr. Finlay, Mr. Parker, beginning in 2000, co-managed a series of private equity funds for MidMark Capital, the predecessor to FPH. While at MidMark, Mr. Parker sat on the boards of directors of eight companies and was responsible for shepherding several key investments from beginning to end which earned aggregate cash-on-cash returns in excess of five times.
Prior to joining MidMark, Mr. Parker was at Regent Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in New York City, where he helped the firm invest in 14 businesses in transactions valued at $350 million. Prior to Regent Capital, Mr. Parker worked in sales and marketing, most recently in Hong Kong for Thomson Financial Services, a leading provider of financial information, and earlier for a privately held manufacturers' representative of process control instrumentation and fluid power components.
Mr. Parker has extensive experience investing in and helping management teams dramatically grow healthcare services companies. Companies in this industry, with byzantine reimbursement dynamics, burdensome regulatory environments and unique growth opportunities, require deep expertise to successfully scale their business models. Mr. Parker has proven himself in this complicated field.
Mr. Parker is currently the Chairman of AccuTec, Inc. and Healthcare for Kids, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of AVO Carbon Inc.
Mr. Parker graduated from Yale University in 1991 with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 1998. Mr. Parker lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife, Dyanna, and their three children. Mr. Parker’s hobbies include golf, tennis and squash.

Kevin Taunton brings more than thirty years of accounting and general management experience to FPH.
Since 2001 and continuing to this day, Mr. Taunton has served as the CFO of Special Risk Managers of America, a $20 million insurance agency specializing in financial institutions, where he directs all accounting, reporting, cash management and regulatory activities. Immediately prior to this he spent five years as a Special Agent for Northwestern Mutual Life in Parsippany, NJ, working in both individual and small business markets.
From 1980 through 1994, Mr. Taunton held increasingly influential accounting and finance positions at companies large and small, starting as a Staff Accountant at Exxon Corp. in Florham Park, NJ and ending as Treasurer of Allied Apical Co. Inc., a $20 million manufacturer of polymide film in Morristown, NJ.
Mr. Taunton holds a BS-Accounting from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He resides in Morristown, NJ with his wife Janice, and enjoys playing golf near his vacation home in Naples, FL when he is not working.

FInlay Parker Holdings has an evergreen partnership with the Drew University MS Finance program. As part of their Masters requirements, students spend 1-2 semesters as a financial analyst working on both existing portfolio company assignments and new deal activities.
